Gohan/Gokou/Vegeta/Trunks
Gohan- Named after his adoptive grandfater, Gohan is Gokuo and Chi-Chi's eldest son. He is idealistic, good and pure like his father. Gohan reveals his tremendous fighting power when Earth is threatened. He trained under Piccolo then under his father. He becames good friends with Piccolo. He defeated Vegeta in the Vegeta series. In the Cell series he was able to reach SSJ 1 and SSJ 2 form and killed Cell. In the Buu series he learned how to become Mystic Gohan under Kaioushin's training. Gohan also assumed the identity as the Great Saiyan-man the crime fighter. Later he married Videl and became father of Pan.
Gokou - (aka Kakerott) As you probably know Gokou is the main character in all 3 Dragonball series. He is the first person to turn ssj1, ssj3, ssj4. Gokou is the most powerful being in the galaxy(aside from Gohan when he is mad and Vegeta when he is charmed). He was born on planet Vegeta, but sent to eath when he was a baby to destroy it. He was found by Grampa Gohan(who later names him his son). He trained under Grampa Gohan, Master Roshi, Kami and Kaiou. He married Chi-Chi and became father of Gohan and Goten. He can fuse with Vegeta to become Vegetto and also Gozita. Overall Gokou is pure at heart.
Vegeta - Vegeta was born on planet Vegeta and named ater his fater King Vegeta. Vegeta was brought up by Freiza who made Vegeta do things he did not want to do by threating him. He was sent to earth to destroy it but met his Gokou and was defeated. He allied with the Z warriors in the Freiza series. He easily gets jealous at the other warriors because he wants to be the strongest. Vegeta can fuse with Gokou to become Vegetto. He also fuses with Super Gokou 4 to become Gozita.
Trunks(future)- Born in a alternate timeline where the earth is destroyed and all the Z warriors are dead. His mom Bulma creates a time machine and Trunks goes to the past to warn the Z warriors about what might happen and tells Gokou about this terrible disease that will get the better of him. He trains with Vegeta in the Spirit Room to get strength to fight Cell. Later, when Cell returns from "death" he kills Trunks after a long battle. He is wished back alive and goes to his own home and finds out that his timeline is the same Cell is there but he easily kills him.
Trunks(kid)- Son of Vegeta and Bulma. He was first introduced in the Cells series and did nothing until post Cell saga. Trunks is very smart for a kid and is really strong. Like Goten he was able to reach Super Sayain at a very young age. Trunks met up with Goten in a Tenka-Ichi Bodukai. Thet fought in the final battle together and were pretty well matched but Trunks won because Goten went out of the ring.(Yes, Vegeta made a comment about this to Gokou, very funny)

Piccolo/Tien/Yamcha/Krillin/Master Roshi
Piccolo - In Dragon Ball Piccolo was really mean because of the evil Piccolo Daimo in his heart. He fought against Gokou in a Tenkaichi Boudoukai but was defeated. Later in DBZ he allied with the Z fighters and trained Gohan. By the time the sayins arived him and Gohan were good friends. Piccolo fused permanently with Nail and Kami. Piccolo got killed in the Buu series when the Earth exploded and that was the last time he was alive.
Tien - In the series he is a student of Tsuru-Sennin. He and his best friend Chauzu discover that their master is bad and they abandoned him. Tien was killed by Nappa but was revived but a dragon ball wish. In the Boo series he saves Gohan's life by deflecting Boo's fireball.
Yamcha - He was the road/bandit robber with a shyness toward girls. He befriends our heros and became one of the goodguys. He was killed by a Saiba-man, but revived by a dragon ball wish. He liked Bulma alot in the begining of the sayain saga.
Krillin - Is the little mink who trained with Gokou under Master Roshi. His true intentions to learn martial arts was to get girlfriends. His best friend is Gokou and he only died a couple times but was revived by a dragon ball wish. Krillin isn't the strongest person but he is always willing to give his friends a helping hand. He marries Android 18 and became the father of Marron.
Master Roshi - He and Tsuru-sennin trained under the same master, but they became enemies when they fell in love with the girl. Master Roshi won the title of the worlds strongest man when he won the Tenkaichi Boudoukai Tournament. Later he trained Ox-king and Grampa Gohan. Later he trained Gokou, Krillin and Yamcha. Unfortunately Master Roshi is a perverted man.
Cell/Dr.Gero/Buu/Brolly/Frieza
Cell - Cell was created by Dr.Gero and was told to kill Gokou. He was made up of cell's from Gokou, Piccolo, Vegeta, Tien, Nappa, Raditz and Freiza. When Cell escaped from the lab he was not strong enough to fight so he went to city to city to take the people's life energy. Trunks(future), Vegeta, Andriods and Piccolo put up a good fight but Cell seemed to have the upper hand. Then Cell told anybody he wanted to fight in the Cell games do so or the earth will be destroyed. He finally met his match when Gohan turned SSJ 2 and killed Cell. Cell 's fight with Gohan was the battle of a life time.
Dr. Gero - Is the intelligent engineer of the Red Ribbon army. He developed a hatred to Gokou because Gokou destroyed his Red Ribbon army. He created Androids 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21, and makes himself into Android 20. He was killed by Android 17. In hell he allies with Dr. Myuu to create Artificial 17 and escapes to earth where he is betrayed and killed by Super 17 upon Dr. Myuu's orders.
Buu - He was created by Bidi-di for destruction. He defeated most of the Kaiou-shins and was cursed into his fat form. Years later he was unleashed again by Babi-di and sent to destroy earth. Buu went through various of form changing9 after absorbing good Buu, SSJ 3 Gotenks, Mystic Gohan, Piccolo and Vegitto) and even split into 2 beings. The fat one joined the goodguys and the evil original form Buu was killed by Gokou and reincarnated into Ubuu.
Brolly - Super Sayain born on same day as Gokou and has a natural hatred towards him. As a baby he was sent for execution by King Vegeta (who feared his awesome power) but survied. Years later he encounters Gokou again but is defeated by Gokou he survives. Later he crashes on earth this time he is killed by a fireball combination of Gokou, Gohan and Goten. He is cloned. The clone is destroyed by harding in water.
Freiza - Space conqurer he took over Planet Vegeta and killed King Vegeta. He used the sayains for everything. He later blew up the planet. On Namek he is killed by Gokou. He gets repaired and goes to earth but he and his father are killed by Trunks. He allied with Cell to terrorized hell but is defeated by Gokou and Paiku-han. He tryed this again in DBGT but is again defeated by Gokou.
